Pcb making-part 1-photo resist method of etching a printed circuit board

Part 1 in a series of informative how-to videos of my personal experiences with photo resist etching method of making precision printed circuit boards at home While designing and building my first prototype of a BLDC Hub Motor Controller board for my e-bike, I documented the whole process on video from start to finish which you can now watch in HD 720p. In this part I show you what materials you will need to do this at home yourself. Photo resist spray from MG Chemical #416 for custom cut copper plates. Pre-sensitized copper clad board from INJECTORALL PC18P or MG Chemicals 606 (4"x6") or 609 (6"x6"). Positive Developer MG Chemical #418-500mL. UV Light source, mine is 250W SUNLAMP. Ferric Chloride Etching Solution GC Electronics #22-238. Glass contact plate. Various Yankee AGITRAY plastic trays and glove. Drill press, drill bits and Jacobs chuck. Most of all you need an artwork to expose onto your copper clad board. You can make a board from a magazine articles if it has a board layout included. You need a PCB layout to photocopy onto a transparency or you can custom layout your own as I do. In the next video I will show you how to layout a board from a schematic using Coreldraw. Circuit analysis modeling: pspice - orcad simulation and tutorial (voltage divider)

Here is an initial tutorial on using the ORCAD - PSpice Simulation software to go along with some of the circuit analysis tutorials videos on this channel. the demo shows the concept of voltage divider. OrCAD is basically a schematic editor allowing you to draw circuit schematics. The program has a nice collection of circuit parts or components to allow the student to perform their assignments and laboratory exercises. PSPICE is an electrical simulator alllowing you to model the operation of circuits whose schematic was prepared using ORCAD. Students can check for correct circuit operation before building the circuit in the lab. The student version of ORCAD runs PSPICE without leaving the user interface of ORCAD. Tutorial: pistons and self repairing / building houses hd

Please Rate, Comment and Subscribe :D Works perfectly with 1.7 pistons :) (1.7 pistons only push 12 blocks, and the mod pushes 16 blocks, that's the only difference) This is a tutorial on the piston mod and how to use it in conjunction with an infinite cobblestone machine to build walls and houses. To make a bridge just put the piston that pushes up on the wall push across instead, if you put it facing down the machine will build a portcullis :D It uses my compact design for the infinite cobblestone machine. Thanks for watching :D 1.7: the 1.7 pistons can only push 12 blocks, unlike the 16 on the mod, so all my stuff will need a redesign, I'll have a go and upload a new vid when I'm done. Fuji circuit joule thief cfl light

Here is a neat little project that I built using a Fuji disposable camera circuit and 1 AA battery to run a 13 watt CFL. The CFL does not run at full brightness but is about one half brightness. On a AA battery 1.2 volts@ 2800mah the light will run for about 2 hours. I added a small solar panel from an old garden light so I could sit the light in a window during the daytime to let the sun charge up the AA battery. Not a real useful project but its guaranteed to get people talking when they come over to your house. They will never believe that you are running a CFL from one AA battery so you would have to show them. You can build one of these however if you would like me to build one for you please pm me.

This FM transmitter Bug is very easy to build. The size of the circuit board is ONLY 22mm x 10mm. To make the PCB i will be using the toner transfer method and Ferric Chloride. Minecraft thunder bluff (50% complete) - minecraft build #3

I've started this massive project and figured I should share it with everyone! I still have to finish the Spirit Rise completely, touch up the Elder Rise, add the lifts to the main mesa, do the interior of the middle totem, and add all the land around the bottom. There's probably more than that too, but I won't know until I start to wrap up the project. Anyway, I hope to have it finished soon. Fallout 3 bottlecap mine

Custom Built Weapon. - A high skill level with explosives will allow them to do more damage. For even more damage, take the Demolition Expert perk. (max damage 802) - The Vault Tec lunch box that the mine is made from is identical to the metal lunchbox you receive with the Collector's Edition of Fallout 3. - Bottlecap Mines are of the same sort as regular landmines, but with a bigger warning attached, and a far more powerful explosion. One Bottlecap Mine will kill almost any NPC in the game, including deathclaws, while a regular frag mine will have much less damage. Bottlecap Mines have a wider radius of explosion, and therefore users should use caution when setting them for incoming enemies who are already fairly close. When you set a Bottlecap Mine, it cannot be set off by yourself or any permanent companion you may be walking with, but almost all other NPCs will set it off. You can disarm all mines that you have armed and pick them up without any danger. - Like normal Frag Mines, the Bottlecap Mine will become live and likely to cause instant death after it's dropped into NPC's pants (inventory) via theft. - Bottle cap mines take a bit longer to arm and drop than normal mines. You can find them in: - They can be found on top of Workbenches. - There is also a Bottlecap Mine on the Workbench if you purchase one for your suite/house. - 3-4 can be found in the Super-Duper Mart. So many people asking me to explain how I set that thing up! So, here's how I did it. Just keep chaining up the pattern I build in this video for however long the song needs to be. Whenever there's a pause in the melody, just remove that note block. To have two instruments as once, I split the wire going from the lever so it activates floor 1 and floor 3 at the same time (floors 1-2 being the piano and 3-4 being the bass). To all of you who were asking for a schematic: Yeah right! Make your own! It'd just be a bunch of blocks in a repeating pattern, anyway. Unless that schematics program already supports showing different notes for the note blocks so you could use it as sheet music. But in that case you'd still have to go around clicking on them block by block to tune them, anyway. A schematic wouldn't make this any easier to build.
